Privacy Policy.

Analog (Analog Creative Technology Agency) is a creative technology agency based in Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. We build brands, websites, software and social media content for our clients. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

It covers three things: this website (analog.krd), the Analog Dashboard — the internal tool our team uses to plan, produce, publish and report on client work — and the apps we registered with Meta so the dashboard can work with Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

• What you send us — your name, email, phone number and message when you use the contact form or the chat, and your CV and application details when you apply for a role.
• Usage data — pages viewed, approximate location (country / city), device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It does not identify you by name.
• Cookies — a small number of cookies for the site to function, to remember your language, and for analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works.

Our Meta apps are used only by Analog's own team. They are not offered to the public and nobody logs in to them with a personal Facebook or Instagram account. They act only on business assets — Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and ad accounts — that Analog owns, or that a client has deliberately shared with Analog's Meta business portfolio as a partner.

Through the Meta APIs, the Analog Dashboard:

• Publishes content the client has approved — posts, reels and stories — to the client's Page and Instagram account.
• Creates and manages ads that promote that content, within budgets agreed with the client.
• Reads performance insights — views, reach, likes, comments, saves, shares, follower counts and ad results. These are aggregated figures. We do not receive the identity of the people who viewed or engaged with a post.
• Reads the account's public profile — name, handle, bio, category, website and profile picture — so a client's workspace shows the right account.
• Receives WhatsApp messages sent to Analog's own business number by our team members and authorised senders, and turns them into tasks. We store the sender's phone number, the message and any attached media for that purpose.

We do not sell this data, we do not use it to build profiles of individuals, and we do not use it for any purpose other than delivering and reporting on the work our clients asked us to do. Performance reports are shared only with the client the account belongs to.

• To reply to enquiries and job applications.
• To deliver our services: planning, producing, publishing, promoting and reporting on client work.
• To keep our systems secure, keep an audit trail of changes, and fix problems.
• To understand how this website is used and improve it.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under their own security and confidentiality terms: cloud hosting and file storage, email delivery, analytics, real-time messaging infrastructure, and AI services that help our team draft and summarise work. Meta processes what we publish or advertise on its platforms under its own terms. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected — for client work, for the length of our engagement and a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Access to the Analog Dashboard is limited to our team, controlled by individual accounts and permissions, and changes are logged. Data is encrypted in transit, and access credentials for third-party platforms are stored securely and never shared.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@analog.krd and we will answer within 30 days.

To have data that Analog holds through its Meta apps deleted:

• Clients — you can remove Analog's access at any time in Meta Business Suite → Settings → Partners: remove Analog as a partner of your Page, Instagram account or ad account. Our access stops immediately.
• Then email info@analog.krd with the subject “Data deletion request” and the name of the Page or account. We delete the stored content, insights and account details within 30 days and confirm by email. Records we are legally required to keep (for example invoices) are kept only for that purpose.
• Anyone else — if you believe we hold information about you (a message you sent to our WhatsApp number, a contact form, a job application), email the same address and we will delete it.

Our website and services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced on this page.
